A new paper from Junqing Yan, titled "Synergetic promotion of photocatalytic activity of TiO2 by gold deposition under UV-visible light irradiation", was accepted by Chem Commun.

    The deposition of Au nanoparticles with finite sizes on anatase TiO2 shows multiple synergetic promotion effects on the photocatalytic activity under ultravoilet-visible light irradiation.
